We would like to inform you about the payment rules for Tourwix Services / Sales.
1. A) CASH PAYMENTS: Payments made to Tourwix in cash or via ATMs before 12:30 p.m. will be processed on the same day. To avoid misunderstandings, you should send the receipt of payment by 12:30 p.m. to [email protected] or to the number +49 1514 753 69 49 via WhatsApp. Otherwise, payments will be made the next working day at the operator's exchange rate.
2. B) VIRTUAL POS / CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: This payment method is available at www.tourwix.de. In addition, our customers can use the hotline +49 1514 753 69 49 via a payment link by e-mail from Tourwix Virtual Pos to pay by credit card without additional fees. The customer pays by clicking on the link sent (attention, the link is only unique for security reasons) by entering the credit card details. If the payment is successful, you will receive your reservation confirmation by email. Accepted credit cards: VISA / MASTER CARD
3. C) TRANSFER TO BANK ACCOUNT: Please note the following points for this payment method! Bank transfers for hotel accommodations must be made 10 days prior to the travel date. If the transfer is made on Friday, Tourwix can only start a check on the transfer on Monday. Since each bank has different conditions, money transfer transactions from abroad need 5 working days to be shown on the account. To avoid misunderstandings, send the transfer receipt by email to [email protected].
Please note that the e-mail address [email protected] processes incoming e-mails Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All payment receipts submitted during these times will be processed on the same day.
Tourwix is not responsible for any price changes for pre-reservations if you do not pay on time or on the same day.
Please note that requesting an invoice is optional. An invoice request is only required for cash payments. In this case, invoices requested before 2:30 p.m. will be issued on the same day. All invoices requested after 2:30 p.m. will be generated the next working day.
We also point out that payments for our offers on our website must be made within 3 working days from the time of confirmation if 5 or more days remain before the travel date. If there are less than 5 days left before the travel date, payment must be made within one working day from confirmation.
