When you arrive at the hotel, you must first present the required documents (hotel receipt and ID) at the reception. In some cases, another document may be requested to compare the identity card or hotel receipt (passport and / or residence permit).
 
Hotel Receipt - A hotel registration document sent to your email address or given to you as a record after making a hotel reservation. The relevant document must be presented at check-in.
 
Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00 local time. Checked-in guests must leave their room by 12:00 on the day of departure. All rooms are prepared for the next guest by 2 p.m.
 
Many hotels offer additional services such as an alarm clock to wake you up, laundry, taxi booking, ticket sales for cultural events, valuables safe, child care, etc. In addition, the hotel has Internet access, an indoor / outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, spa center, etc. Hotel rooms of a high standard have a safe. Receiving a Hotel Voucher

The hotel voucher will be sent to your email address after payment has been made to Tourwix.de's bank account and confirmation has been received. If the booking is made by credit card, the hotel voucher will be sent to the email address provided after the transaction has been completed. Hotel reservations and vouchers are emailed in HTML format. The hotel voucher can also be sent via WhatsApp if you do not have access to email.
